There is a song from Kelly Clarson named " a moment like this". This love song docements the exciting moment most people long for. Good singer, good lyric. As the past week nearly comes to an end, I want to note  down my own special moments in this week.

      This week is really unusual because of a surgery. Just after a simple diagnosis in the morning and further B-chao( sorry, I don't know the Enlgish equivalent of Chinese B-chao) in the afteroon, the doctor informed me of a small surgery the second day. It is so fast that I am not well prepared first. Then second day comes, and I go into the surgery room with encouragement from parents and relatives ready to wait outside. But the moment the surgeon is to use anesthesia,  he announces that it is nothing serious and I don't need that surgery or it could be at least suspended. Hearing that, I soon jump off the operation table and put on my clothes again. I can't wait to rush out of the surgery room. For that I am even blamed by assistant doctors for the tranmittance of germs as I should have put on the same clothes as them before leaving. When parents, mother's sister and sister's husband acquire the news from the surgeon, all their worries are gone as well.  Every one is relieved. I am safe and sound again. In spite of mere fifteen minutes in the surgery room, it is like a struggle in a battlefield, especially when lying on the operation table.

       In this episode, I owe my thanks to lots of people, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and JL's mother. Especially JL's mother, a nice doctor! It is she who gives us so much help like recommeding the best surgeon, giving me assurance and courage as well. I also want to convey my thanks to JL, -Dear, you are so nice!  

       There is also good news in this week. With my good command of English, I get a part-time teaching job,which is teaching Chinese to foreigners. And I have given my first lesson on Monday. The lesson is under my control.  Altough it is not a full-time job, it is an experience. I also hope that my student not only can make progress in her Chinese learning but also can enjoy her life as much as possible in Ningbo. Besides, I received my Mlitt degree last week. The Uni posted it to China two weeks ago as I left a bit early without knowing the result of my courses.But finally I passed all the courses.Although it is only a piece of paper after opening the scroll, it is that piece of paper that makes me not relax until the beginning of September last year. However, it  witnesses all my efforts as well as classmates' and tutor's help.

And the literary study is indeed a very difficult one for Chinese students, so the degree is also credited with the highest one in liberal arts. But anyway, I conquer it and satisfied with the result.
